Where does it state the reason for being revoked?? Looks as if Phil's attorney SUPPORTS Russ's venture in Wa. state...hmmmm. I guess the attorney has been hoodwinked just like the Harris family supposedly has....LOL, keep trying Marsha and the UNLICENSED driver KEN :)
